Meet the team

Calm renovations, run how a business should be.

We’re Jordan and Jacob, the two directors of SEARA Projects. From the first call to the day we hand back the keys, we’re the two people you deal with.

We renovate apartments, units and homes across the Gold Coast and run the whole job ourselves — trades, materials, timeline and site — so there’s nothing left for you to coordinate.

We started SEARA after more than a decade in construction between us, tired of watching good renovations turn stressful through vague quotes, silent job sites and slipping dates.
