When you submit our enquiry form, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone, email, property location, property type, whether the building is strata, what you’re renovating, what’s driving the project, your timeframe, how you heard about us, and any notes you add. We don’t ask for sensitive information, and you only share what you choose to.
We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, prepare a site assessment and quote, and stay in touch about your project. We may store them in our customer relationship system (HubSpot) so we can manage your enquiry properly.
We don’t sell or rent your information. We only share it with the service providers that help us run the business — for example our CRM and email providers — and only so they can perform that service. We may disclose information if required by law.
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, where a project proceeds, to meet our record-keeping obligations. If you’d like your details removed, just ask.
If we enable website analytics, it may use cookies to understand how the site is used in aggregate. This data is not used to identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we’ll help. If you have a concern we can’t resolve, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
